  4. App Launcher 2.0 is a program which launches any Windows 95 / NT application, windows shortcut, or a file associated with a Windows application.  User of the program can also specify the delay between launches to control when a specified program should be launched.

  7. Double click file SSLauncher.exe to begin the installation, and then follow the instructions in the setup wizard.
